Our individual promo fruit gums are completely produced “FROM US - FOR YOU!”

Fruit gum – colourful, fruity, tasty! With our own mogul machine, we are producing around 2,000 tons of fruit gum each year and are Germany’s most flexible fruit gum producer in the promo industry.

But how does fruit gum production actually work:

Everything starts in the kitchen. Here, the fruit gum mass is prepared from glucose, sugar and gelatin, to which colours and flavours are then added according to customer requirements and recipe. This mass is then poured into starch powder in individual fruit gum moulds (produced with a stamping board) on the mogul plant.

While still liquid, the mass, which now has a similar shape and colour to the finished fruit gum, spends about 2 days in the drying room, where the fruit gums ripen and attain the desired consistency. After powdering, the fruit gums are then given their lustre in an oiling drum and are then ready for further processing (e.g. packaging in sachets).
